Squeeze those creative juices in this picturesque and authentic 1930's building. Our bachelor, studio and one-bedroom sized units feature exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and a spectacular view of the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Hills and the enchanting downtown L.A. skyline.

The roof structures of 1516 Normandie feature inspired creations from a few of our resident artists. The north side of the building features a Latin angel, painted by then resident artist Jeff Clark on September 12, 2001 - the day after 9-11.
