Submit it to any of our locations, preferably to a listed open house property or by faxing us at

- Our properties are child and pet-friendly.
- Our standard pet policy accepts one dog or one cat with a $200 Pet Deposit total ($150.00 pet deposit, $50.00 non-refundable fee).
$35 charge for second pet. We accept most breeds however, we make decisions on a pet-by-pet basis.
- Move-in costs normally include a security deposit and first months rent.
The security deposit is equal one month's rent.
- Stoves are included. Tenants supply their own refrigerators or they may opt to lease a
refrigerator from us.
- Lease obligations vary from 6 months to 1 year.

Theatre Tribe's Acting Classes are taught by highly touted and industry respected Stuart Rogers.
Classes are always operating at or close to capacity. All admissions into class are though an interview
process.
