- Please complete our rental application. Attach a copy of your driver's license and a check or
money order for $25.00
Submit it to any of our locations, preferably to a listed open-house property or by faxing us at:
(323) 463-1050. Should you opt to fax, payment may be made at any of our locations.
- Our properties are child- and pet-friendly.
- Our standard pet policy accepts one dog or one cat with a $200 Pet Deposit total ($150.00 pet deposit, $50.00 fee).
$35 charge for second pet. We accept most breeds however, we make decisions on a pet-by-pet basis.
- Move-in costs normally include a security deposit and first months rent.
The security deposit is equal to the rent.
- Stoves are included. Tenants supply their own refrigerators or they may opt to lease a
refrigerator from us.
- Lease obligations vary from 6 months to 1 year.
- Did you miss a recently scheduled open-house? Don't fret! Our open-house schedule is updated weekly
by Tuesday evening.
